At Source Naturals, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
